Speed Ventures @ Willow Springs International Raceway 6/24/2023 Running a set of 2nd (or 3rd?) hand Toyo R888Rs for the first time. Definitely a lot of grip. The HP+ pads seem to match well with the grip potential of the tires. My top speed seems to be overall lower than when I was here last, only hitting around 114 on all sessions vs. around 117 last time. Not sure why but my PB still improved by around 1.5 seconds so I'll call that a win. This is the 2nd to last trackday I plan on doing with the Mini as I will be moving on to another platform soon. Last trackday for the Mini will be at Buttonwillow next month.
