DYEING Main target of Ersat Textile is to meet customers’ needs and expectations with a quality focused, high productivity mentality. PLAIN DYE Having a 30 ton/day treating dyeing capacity, our dyeing plant can conduct dyeing processes of polyester, viscose, cotton, nylon, wool, cationic and mixtures in cutting-edge technology automation environment. FINISHING All wet and dry dressing operations (chintz dressing, nano, water repellent finishing, oil finishing, crease resistance etc.) for male and female fabrics are performed and customer satisfaction is taken into consideration. LABORATORY DYE LABORATORY Ersat Textile is in constant research and development in order to create top dyeing quality, provide application with its modern measuring devices. QUALITY CONTROL After the dyeing process, fabrics are barcoded by our specialists in latest system quality control mechanisms. Order conformable fabrics are taken to shipping store. STORAGE Barcoded threads, raw fabrics, manufactured fabrics, dyes and chemicals are stored in addressed stores. Quality controlled barcoded fabrics are shipped to customers daily regularly.
