Welcome back to CRO. It may seem counterproductive to build yet another 'cabin' while working on other projects. However, this 'Emergency Cabin' is going to serve as temporary living quarters (2 people in one small cabin, is 1 people too many!), plus it will give us a chance to put the Norwood lumber mill to the test and experiment building building with green lumber. I've always wanted to see how much lumber with high moisture contact will shrink and twist when built without giving it a chance to dry? More importantly, this new cabin (essentially a tool shed with wood stove and a bunk or two for overflow guests....when or if I ever get many visitors all at once) will give us a chance to remove all tools and clutter from the main cabin. This will allow construction to be completed in a clutter free environment.
