How the Vibrant Village programme is bringing people back to LAC villages in Arunachal Pradesh

#ThePrintOnGround The Vibrant Villages initiative covers 455 villages across 11 districts in Arunachal Pradesh - ThePrint visited border villages in Walong-Kibithoo axis in easternmost Anjaw district where 26 habitats have been selected for the programme, and the Dibang Valley district, where 17 of 25 villages under Anini-Mipi block have been identified. Building infrastructure along the borders not only meets security needs, but also helps gain the trust of local communities.
