Hey Dancers! I just wanted to share my personal journey as an adult ballerina! I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to learn ballet as an adult and community is truly so special to me! When we start ballet as an adult, our bodies are already formed from our experiences. As an adult ballet dancer myself, I understand what it is like to work with what you have in order to progress in ballet. This is why I’ve sought further education and am proudly Barre Body, Progressing Ballet Technique and Progressing Contemporary Technique certified. Unfortunately, adult ballet dancers don’t have the same opportunities as those who start as a child, so I’m here to change this and make ballet accessible for all!
