After a long wait, the Education Department has taken a major step regarding their honorarium. A four-member committee of the Basic Education Department has submitted its report on the honorarium of Shiksha Mitras to the government. This means that their seven-year-old demand has once again reached the government. Although the committee has clearly stated that the decision to increase the honorarium does not fall within its jurisdiction, the relief is that while sending its report directly to the government, it has stated that this is a major financial decision, which can only be taken by the Council of Ministers. This means that the decision now lies directly in the hands of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and his cabinet. उत्तर प्रदेश के शिक्षामित्रों के लिए तकरीबन डेढ़ लाख अच्छी खबर है। लंबे इंतजार के बाद उनके मानदेय को लेक शिक्षा विभाग ने बड़ा कदम बढ़ाया है। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग की चार सदस्यीय समिति ने शिक्षामित्रों के मानदेय पर अपनी रिपोर्ट शासन को सौंप दी है। यानी अब उनकी सात साल पुरानी मांग फिर से सरकार के सामने पहुंच गई है। हालांकि समिति ने साफ कहा है कि मानदेय बढ़ाने का फैसला उसके अधिकार क्षेत्र में नहीं आता। लेकिन राहत की बात यह है कि समिति ने अपनी रिपोर्ट सीधे शासन को भेजते हुए कहा है कि यह एक बड़ा वित्तीय निर्णय है, जिसे केवल मंत्री परिषद ही ले सकती है। इसका मतलब ये हुआ कि अब फैसला सीधे मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और उनकी कैबिनेट के पाले में है। Follow the News Nation channel on WhatsApp: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Va56...
