This process is sometimes enlightening and sometimes completely the opposite. More or less everyone goes through this process in a different way. Aia Lemonsky is one of those people who went through a unique experience being in confinement for almost 6 years. While dealing with completely unknown and unexpected environment and people, he documented his experience on paper with writings, drawings, works with the people and music- which helped him survive through. He will be sharing his work and his story for the first time in this event. There will be 3 segments of the series exhibition: 1. How self expression helped to channel all negative emotions and turn them positive : The personal journey. 2. How a community can flourish with co-operation and small meaningful steps : The collective journey 3. How music could heal individual and collective souls : the journey of Kaaktaal The exhibition starts on 17 June, Friday at Temnza Studio, Banani, Rd 2, House 14/a, Golden sun, 2rd floor- which will cover all three segments and then individual segments will be shared every Friday in a different venue. Which are: Made in Bangladesh Studio, Dhanmondi 10/A Paraa Studio , Niketan Zhir Zhir Studio, Mirpur 13 Kiva Han, Panthapath And lastly Studio 6/6, Aziz Mohalla, Mohammadpur.
