As the Palestine movement continues to escalate in Europe, Trump has struck a peace deal between Israel and Hamas. But who benefits from this peace deal, and will it last? Italy has shown the way forward for the Palestine movement, by calling for a general strike which has inspired activists across Europe to follow suit. But what lies behind the radicalisation of the Italian working class in particular, and how does it relate to the crisis in France, where the government has collapsed yet again?
