This is the 3rd one that has not worked or stopped working abruptly so I figured I would make a video showing consumers and the company/manufacturer how it works and where it could have possibly been broken before purchased. I have herd of others having this same issue with this new product. This one for example is broken or became disconnected in transit, shipping, handling. Who knows. However broken on the long black wire next to the white wire for the atomizer to heat and power the hash rosin. Examining the circuit board you can see three wires tight together at the bottom near the micro USB type A port, those three wires display and control temperature settings, green being lowest, green/yellow medium and red for the highest temperature.
