Unwilling to See Judge Cahill Violating the ADA

The following video is the continuing challenge that I have had with this judge. From our initial meeting the judge has blatantly disregarded my disability as far as refusing to even scrutinize the challenge that I was trying to make the court aware of. At our first crossing of paths I was not made aware of the opportunities for assistance in having a fair and due process of law. Now that I have become aware of my constitutional rights, Bill of rights and the rights granted to me by the Americans with Disabilities Act I have been consistent in documenting this blatant disregard of these rights. Please share and I welcome any suggestions that will assist me in a grievance procedure, to have this judge held accountable for this unacceptable behavior. Surprisingly this judge has an impressive bio/ resume ( http://www.mncourts.gov/About-The-Cou... ) Specifically regarding his position with the Ethics Committee you would at least ponder that this judge would have some compassion or some decency not only towards the disabled but veterans also. As a veteran I swore an oath to uphold and defend the constitution and the citizens of the United States and where are we going when our judges overstep their boundaries of power within the courts.
