I think this was the hardest piece I ever played (maybe along with the piano reduction of the Edward Elgar Cello Concerto). I recorded this in November last year but was not very satisfied with it back then. With a little distance I now say it's quite ok and I failed to record a better version. Currently some of the dampers won't work properly again so I can't record anything right now. The Soundtrack to How To Train Your Dragon is one of the best Soundtracks I've heard so far. It's one of my arranging projects to make an advanced piano reduction of the whole Soundtrack(s). I just don't know how long that'll take, because there is so much to do apart from this. No midi-recording and therefore no editing of the audio. I just exchanged the audio with a separate recording, it's a way better sound. #HowToTrainYourDragon #HTTYD #JohnPowell
