Do You Need to Seal Paper Flowers Before Adding them To Resin?

Hi Everyone. Adding paper can be problematic when adding it to resin and I wanted to ensure that these flowers were not going to be ruined by the resin for an upcoming project. So do you need to seal paper flowers before adding them to resin?
