Then it asks you what sorts of things you want to cook (chicken, beef, fish, vegetarian) and if you have diet restrictions (sodium, cholesterol, etc). It then creates a menu for the week based on the items that are on sale at your grocery store. SHUT UP, RIGHT?!? :) http://www.foodonthetable.com/recipes... 4 chicken quarters (thigh and leg) 4 (tablespoon) butter, softened 2 (teaspoon) dried parsley flakes 2 (tablespoon) green onion, minced 2 (clove) garlic, minced (to taste) salt and black pepper Directions Prepare grill by lightly oiling grate and heat to medium-high heat. Mix butter with parsley, green onion and garlic. Gently loosen the skin on the thigh end of the leg quarter with your finger. Put 1/4 of the butter mixture under the skin of each thigh. Press down gently on the skin to spread the butter evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Grill skin-side up, over medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn and grill 15 - 20 minutes longer or until the meat is no longer pink (meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat should read 165 degrees F). Serving suggestion: serve with grilled vegetables and baked potatoes. 4 servings.
