Audi S5 ABS Code 00283 (G47) Electrical Malfunction, The ABS light and EPC stays on, I deleted the code many times and still the ABS and EPC lights keep coming back on, This code means the Front Left or driver side Wheel speed sensor has electrical issues and here are the most common causes: ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Front Left or driver side front (G47) faulty Brake Electronics Control Module "ABS Module (J104) faulty Open Circuit in Wiring from/to ABS Wheel Speed Sensor driver front or Front Left (G47) In Conclusion I was able to nail it and as you can see the wiring for that sensor were shorted to each other and causing this code 00283 to be present.
