This project needed a lot of innovation on ODonnell's behalf in order to realise the architects dream of smooth flowing lines and curved details for the nautical themed bedrooms. The Mondrian London is the first ever Mondrian branded boutique hotel outside the United States, the hotel will bring the energy of the original Hollywood hotel to the iconic Sea Containers building. Located on London’s revitalised South Bank, Mondrian London at Sea Containers boasts a wealth of diverse culture on its doorstep, including the Tate Modern, Borough market and the Southbank Centre all within walking distance. With a combination of unique riverside views, two exciting new bars, a restaurant and a bustling urban vibe reflecting the local neighbourhood, Mondrian is set to become London’s new destination.
