Bakkhali Trip II Day 1 II Road trip from Kolkata II Things to do in Bakkhali II

On 25th Dec 2020, we took a road trip to a popular tourist destination Bakkhali.It is situated in south 24 parganas in West Bengal. Bakkhali beach is the point where Bay of Bengal meets the southern parts of West Bengal. It is very near to Sundarban. One can reach there from Namkhana town. We took a car from Kolkata to Bakkhali and it took us 4 hours to reach there. We stayed for one day and explored the beach and local market. Our hotel was Dwaipayan Home Stay and it was located just adjacent to the beach. We got a sea facing room and the sea could be seen from our balcony only.We also had some lovely fish dishes in the evening in the beach. They prepared different types of fish items namely dry fry or curry.Also prawns and crabs were available there. Also we went for a trip to Jambu Dweep, an island located on the Bay of Bengal.So it was a trip into the sea. This is the detailed vlog of day 1..stay tuned for day 2 and more such videos.
