In this video we will cover: 1.PERCENT DIFFERENCE: In this first question you will go over how to find the percent difference. This is a common question in the basic arithmetic portion of the GED math test. 2. FIND A PERCENT: We continue with the theme of percents and in this question you will be asked to calculate a specific percent (tip) on a haircut. This is a skill you already practice in your daily life, but it will be a good review for the GED math test. 3. ROUNDING: Very often in the GED math test, questions require you to round your answer off to the nearest tenth, hundred etc..In this question we will review place values and how to round. 4. FRACTIONS: Fractions are another important component on the GED math test. IN this question you will learn how to add fractions and change mixed numbers to improper fractions. Fractions come up frequently in many types of questions, including number lines. 5. FINDING AN EXPONENT: the last question of todays GED math test prep requires you to find an exponent without using a calculator. Remember that while most of the question of the GED math test can be done with a calculator there are 6 questions in which you are not allowed a calculator.
