Whisk until stiff peaks form. Add the Egg yolks one by one and whisk for about 30 seconds after each addition. Sift Flour into the mixture. Add the baking powder Add the Pumpkin spice. Fold gently until everything combines. Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for about 20 minutes. Let it cool completely. Make the soaking Latte by mixing all the ingredients together.
