The video “Green curry for Chinese people” was produced by Mr. Yuan Tao, a 4th-year Chinese student of the Thai Language and Culture for Foreigners programme. This video is part of the 1005482 Student Project course for the 2nd semester of the 2023 academic year. This video is from the result of the study on “Production of educational media about green curry for Chinese people” with the objective of producing educational media about green curry for the Chinese. From studying and collecting information about green curry from documents and various related websites, Mr. Yuan Tao synthesized the data into a study result and used the data to create a Thai-language audio commentary to produce a video about green curry for the Chinese, divided into: Introduction, Content, and Summary. The content is divided into 4 parts: (1) The history of green curry, (2) How to make green curry, (3) How to eat green curry, and (4) Nutritional value of green curry. Mr. Yuan Tao produced the video media in the form of a video media with Thai narration and Thai and Chinese subtitles. When watching this video media, Chinese viewers will understand how to make green curry and will be able to follow the teaching method, allowing Chinese people to understand Thai culture, which is different from Chinese culture. #SeniorProject #TLCF #MFU #liberalarts
