Hi Flick here! One of the most chilling scenes in George Romero's Night of the Living Dead is when Helen Cooper retreats to the cellar only to find her daughter, Karen, devouring the corpse of her husband, Harry, before being stabbed to death by Karen with a trowel blade. That scene has haunted me since I was a little sock puppet and to this day, I won't venture into a cellar alone. Well, this year at Monsterpalooza, I confronted the little girl from that movie, all grown up now, and boy...she tried to bite me. lol I talked to Kyra Schon who told me about working on the film, being directed by her real-life father who played her dad in the film, her love of horror movies, and the contents of what she was actually eating.
