You have 2m to loot before the first circle spawns. You then have 2m and 5s to get to the circle, kill your quota of enemies and generate & collect the antidote). Circles 2 through 7 are the same, but you have a total of 2 minutes from the time the circle is announced. If you do not meet the kill quota by the end of the 2m period, you die. Collecting antidotes requires you to stay in the small circle for 30s. Collecting antidotes can give you cosmetics, but it makes it very difficult to fill your kill quota. You can finish the 7 waves without collecting an antidote and can possibly get a gift, but the mode says you fail.
