Chapter 5 Final Boss IB-07 SOL 644, also Final Boss for the game if you go for the "Fires of Raven" Ending, which is supposedly "bad ending". Ayre is inside this AC, though she doesn't have a body like other pilots. This is my 2nd playthrough (NG+), because on first playthrough I went for the good ending and the final boss was Walter instead of Ayre. The true ending can only be achieved in NG++ with another different boss. Ayre's boss fight is definitely more interesting than Walter's though. I figured sticking with shotguns and powerful melee weapons may be better? But I've used the shotgun in a few videos now, I even used double shotguns vs Walter. So this time I went for Gatling Gun+Pulse Gun combo for a mid-long range shooting action, although I think the damage is not so effective (Pulse Gun still helps with breaking phase 1 energy shield though). The melee weapon I tried to do something different this time, so Laser Slicer instead of Pile Bunker. Looked pretty cool too, like a light saber. Right shoulder is the auto shooting drone, bullet orbit or something like that, it's just extra. You can see I mostly rely on blasting her with the assault armor expansion to stun her, this can easily be done by waiting for her to dive towards you, like her melee dive or airplane dive 0:34, you can see me activating the blast early because I know she will dive towards me. My other advice is to watch your EN (energy) for this fight, she isn't too difficult, but her combos can really catch you if you have no EN to dodge. Also high speed allows easier dodging of her blade strikes.
