BODY CAM: Ruby Franke, Jodi Hildebrandt arrested after Franke's son was found by neighbors

On Aug 30, 2023, officers with the Santa Clara-Ivins Police Department were dispatched to Jodi Hildebrandt’s home after a call of a 12-year-old who looked emaciated and injured appeared outside of a neighbor’s home. According to police, it was learned that the 12-year-old was the son of “8 Passengers” creator Ruby Franke, who was staying with Hildebrandt. In this video, KSL TV follows the timeline of police as they find and question Hildebrandt and Franke by using body camera footage provided by authorities.
