IPMS Scale Model World 2023 - A Taster with Competition Photographs

IPMS Scale Model World is the largest show of its kind in the world, and given the way things have gone with the channel, podcast and shop, I wasn't going to miss the whole event this year, the 60th anniversary. On a lovely sunny Saturday morning, I got out after a full English breakfast for two solid days of model-related fun, including meeting up with my old friend Phil Stutcinskas (ex Forgeworld and professional painter/sculptor/modeller), as well as Mos, Sully, MsModeller and several subscribers and Beyond the Box listeners. Here I've tried to give people a flavour of what the show is like as well as photos of all of the competition models - there were over 1400 entries, so some of these are group photos, but I went to about 400 photos with about 300 showing individual models - mainly (but not exclusively) those that placed in the competition itself.
