A smaller build for the rebooted Dev Channel as well - 23424. The Dev Channel gets the 'evolved' Widgets UI (43028164), a new setting intended for the Beta Channel to seamlessly switch to the enablement package (43669963), a redesigned Wheels settings page, Content Adaptive Brightness Control (CABC) for plugged in devices and a Microsoft Store app update.
