The house is just a short drive, less than 10 miles, from the Bourne and Sagamore Bridges making daily excursions around Cape Cod a breeze as well as to Boston, Provincetown and Providence which are only 60 miles away. The lovely gated property is over an acre in size and located off a private road near old conservation lands and walking trails in a very natural setting. Newly updated, this beautiful 1300 sq ft home is decorated with a mix of both new beach cottage style and pretty painted vintage pieces. The main level with a/c features an open floor plan with a comfortable and relaxing living room, large flat screen TV with expanded Cable service and surround sound stereo system, Wi-Fi high speed internet, books and board games, and dining area, nicely equipped kitchen with new appliances (dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, mixer, toaster oven and much more) and a hidden convenient laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The pretty master bedroom (king) on the 1st level has a/c, a flat screen TV and an attached newly tiled bath with a large walk-in rainfall shower with a handheld sprayer and bench seat. Upstairs, the large 2nd bedroom (king and built-in twin) has a/c, a flat screen TV, amazing sunrise views, and shares a newly tiled bath (tub/shower combo w/slanted ceiling) with the cute 3rd bedroom (queen and a cozy built-in twin) which has stunning views out over the Bay to watch the sunsets and boats navigating the canal. On the bay side of the house a French door leads outside to the intimate furnished patio dining area where you can gather together and unwind and features a table, bench and chairs, colorful market umbrella, outdoor speakers, festive mood lighting, beautiful flowers in the summer and a small propane gas grill, as well as the private outdoor hot/cold shower around the corner.
