Classic TV Theme: Bearcats! (+ Bonus!)

Douglas Heyes came up with this post-WWI Western featuring a recreated Stutz-Bearcat auto of the time. Rod Taylor was teamed up with Dennis Cole and while the show had a fan base it was scheduled opposite another Western ('Alias Smith and Jones') which didn't help it retain an audience. So it drove off into the sunset after half a season. But Heyes would remember Cole a few years later and tried again, teaming him up with William Shatner for 'The Barbary Coast' (theme coming soon), a sort of historical throwback version of 'Mission: Impossible'. While John Andrew Taragalia did the music for 'Bearcats!' Hal Hopper gets credit for the theme. Plus a BONUS: The opening titles for 'Powderkeg', the pilot film for 'Bearcats!'
