But you might feel it is little bit lacking to only eat rolled omelet. But with hot and spicy tuna kimchi soup, you will be satisfied! Spoon full of warm tuna kimchi soup with white rice. Fatigue melts away just by listening to it. The first recipe of the new year, which is simple but full like giant rolled omelet, begins now. 👩🍳 [Kimchi Stew (Kimchi-Jjigae) with Tuna] 2servings Ingredients : 250g (Over-fermented) Kimchi, 1 Canned tuna, 1/2 Tofu, 1/2 Onion, 1/4 Green onion, 1 Hot chili pepper, 1tsp Minced garlic, 1tbsp Sesame oil, 2tbsp Kimchi juice, 1/2tbsp Sugar, 1tbsp Red pepper powder, 200ml Water(or Anchovy stock) 1. Cut ripe kimchi and tofu into appropriate sizes, cut onion into strips, and cut large green onion and spicy peppers sideways. 2. Put perilla oil and oil from canned tuna into hot pot and fry ripe kimchi and onion from the first step with sugar until the onion is translucent. 3. Add water, minced garlic, kimchi broth, red pepper powder, and canned tuna and boil for 5 minutes over medium heat. 4. Add large green onion, spicy peppers, and tofu prepared from the first step and boil enough to finish cooking. 👩🍳 [Giant Rolled Omelette] 3~4servings Ingredients : 10 Eggs, 1/3 Carrot, 4 Chives, Cooking oil, 2tbsp Cooking wine, 1/3tsp Salt, Pepper 1. Chop small green onion and mince carrot into small pieces. 2. Add egg, salt, and cooking wine into the bowl and stir until egg is beaten. 3. Add chopped small green onion and carrot to the mixture of eggs. 4. Put a little bit of cooking oil in a pan heated to medium-low heat and pour the egg mixture. When the top of the mixture is half-cooked, start rolling the omelet. 5. Slide the rolled eggs toward the edge of the pan and pour the egg mixture and roll it repeatedly for 5~6 times. 6.
