We couldn’t be in Constantia and not visit Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, it is so close. We decided to walk through and show as much as we could see of the place. It is 538 hectares in size so we weren’t able to cover it all, one would need several visits for that. As I walked in, I didn’t know where to start because each route wanted to be more beautiful than the other. I found a walking path which led me to the Boomslang tree canopy walkway. This was super impressive, the way it wound its way over the top of the trees and the views were mind-blowing. I could’ve spent the whole day there and not seen it all.
