A drive thru Route 66 in New Mexico. Motel ruins, retro neon signs and some scenic stops. The original 1926 route went north to Santa Fe, part of the original "National Trails Highway", but we followed the main new and old roads. Santa Fe route was only part of Route 66 from 1926-1927. We also missed a few spots missed due to extreme weather. Mostly near Gallop New Mexico.
