In this video I show you how to translate iconic English video game titles into German to learn real vocabulary – using Resident Evil, Alice: Madness Returns and Tomb Raider as examples. 🎮🇩🇪 Level: B1–C2 (intermediate to advanced) I go through the meanings behind each English title, play with possible German versions and build useful vocabulary fields around horror, madness and tombs. As a German native speaker, I show you which direct translations work, which sound weird and how Germans would actually talk about these games. You’ll see how one English title can lead to whole groups of German words and phrases you can reuse in other horror or adventure contexts. This is not just about memorising three translations. It’s about training your brain to look at any game title or movie title, break it into parts (noun, adjective, idea) and then build natural German versions with real vocabulary.
