Electronic Design Workshop - Lecture 10

In this lecture, I re-emphasized that the primary objective of the Electronic Design Workshop course is to enable students to build complete electronic systems. I described a layered approach to learning that moves from the physics of semiconductor materials to circuit function, then to systems, and finally to product creation. The focus of the current stage of the course is the transition from individual circuits to integrated systems where independent circuits cooperate to achieve a larger objective. In this class, I started discussing examples of glue electronics circuits. Circuits that can be treated as building blocks. I have curated a list of more than 50 such circuits.
