The more often you practice this, the more naturally these patterns emerge—not through effort, but through safety. ⏰ BEST TIME TO USE: First thing in the morning (before work/day begins) As part of your morning routine Anytime you need a quick confidence reset Daily practice for lasting results 🕐 WHAT YOU'LL HEAR: Four affirmations repeated throughout: I am calm I am confident I am assertive I am worthy of feeling peaceful in myself 💙 HOW IT WORKS: This practice uses the havening touch to help your brain shift into slower, deeply calming states associated with rest and safety. You can add a gentle bilateral rhythm through your feet (lifting left heel, then right) which helps your brain integrate new information more smoothly and stay grounded in the present moment. 🤲 THE HAVENING TOUCH: Gently stroke your arms, palms, or face in whatever way feels natural. You can rotate between these points or stay with one that feels especially soothing. 🦶 OPTIONAL BILATERAL MOVEMENT: Sitting with feet flat, lift your left heel, then your right, alternating at a comfortable pace—like a soft, seated march. This is completely optional. 💡 TIP: If any phrase feels difficult to accept, simply add "What if" before it—"What if I am calm," "What if I am confident."
