Thermography, also known as infrared thermography or thermal imaging, is a non-contact method for detecting and measuring the temperature of objects and surfaces by detecting their emitted infrared radiation. Some key factors to consider in thermography are the emissivity of the surface being measured, the distance and angle between the camera and the surface, and environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and air movement. Calibration and proper training are also important to ensure accurate and reliable results.
