He's light weight you only really need one person to put him together. It takes about 15 mins to get him put together. He's much easier than some of the "big guys" from Home Depot. Example: The Home Depot's 9.5 werewolf and the Home Depot's Predator of the Night there was an issue with getting their bodies attached on the frame. There's no messing with poles in his back, unlike some of the Home Depot's 12-foot skeletons. The poles are already installed in his belly/back, so it just slips down over the leg poles. Cons: The price! at $300.00 plus tax, I wish he had some type of movement. Weather it would have been his head turning side to side, or his arm waving, or even his body turning side to side. He runs off batteries. I would prefer a cord to run the lantern. He is pretty light weight, so a tie down point would have been nice. Especially since he's met to be "yard decor" and usually it's pretty windy. The paint just sucks on him! It chips and scratches so easily. Sadly, this is a problem on both Santa and the metal stand. He's a big blow mold, should have some kind of lighting inside him to light him up. If you live in a very dark area, you will definitely need some sort of extra lighting on him. ( I did a quick shorts video of him in the dark check out that short).
