@OldieNoodle @findingmulder Keith Savage's Totally Vanilla No Mod Fallout build at Somerville Place. My Sole Survivor, Quinn Corwin, noticed a lot of orphans throughout the Wasteland. When he found another widower with two kids living in this burned out, roofless farmhouse, he knew he had to do something special for them. He repaired the second floor into a new bunkhouse and living room, turned the new roof into a greenhouse, and surrounded the entire settlement with concrete walls, turret-towers and guards. And as a special treat for the kids, he built one of the Wasteland's finest treehouses! (But the children are too afraid of heights to go up in it! Which is a real shame, because the view is spectacular!) So, at least in my head-canon, the Minutemen bring all the orphan kids to Somerville, to be taught properly, at the Commonwealth's finest (and only) school of agriculture. I decided on that, because without mods, all the kids will ever do is work in the fields and sleep - and the boy won't even sleep! Glitched. Now, that it's almost Christmas, Quinn is playing Santa and bringing gifts- and especially appreciated is the new water tower! But every kid got a special present, wrapped up in fine (actually clean!) paper and even the adults got a new toy- a much needed weight bench! The school was also decorated for the holidays, after a sudden and unusual snowfall... I know this is nothing compared to what modding can do (I've seen how good the competition is!) but my channel is all about showing players just how much you can do in Fallout 4 without mods, if you have the patience and know the glitches. Thanks again, for allowing me to compete! Totally Vanilla Gaming's Somerville Schoolhouse Christmas Special Copyrighted 2025 By Keith Savage All Rights Reserved.
