This lake is also known as BTM lake which is harvested by rain water. Important Information ********************** These initiative has been taken by Karnataka forest department. Remember you have to wear life jacket before taking a ride and you have to pay them cash only. For 30 min they charge 50 rs each and if it exceeds the scheduled time, you have to pay 200 for each boat. Per boat carries minimum 2 person and maximum 4. Boating services is open for everyday 10 am to 6 pm. Remember phone pay or Google pay is not allowed, they are taking only cash. I would say the experience is pretty amazing. As in the middle of the lake you can will find it very refreshing due to cool breezes and most importantly sunlight won’t affect you as the boats are having proper shade.
