Set aside. 2- Put soaked rice into small pieces in your hands. Set aside. 3- In a pan heat milk, when it starts boiling add soaked rice and cook for 8-10 mins. 4- Now add carrots, mix well and add sugar, and cardamom powder and mix well. 5- Cook the mixture over medium flame for 1 hour or until desired consistency has been reached. 6- Garnish it with pistachio and almonds. 7- Your Gajrela is ready. Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 1 hour Serving: 3-4
