Buddy tattooed Phil for the first time. Phil says tattoo artists are the worst at getting tattoos. I have to agree after seeing Phil get his first tattoo from Buddy. In the end Phil did love the tattoo. Pappy did a traditional tattoo of the skeleton and regular man shaking hands. Such a classic tattoo! His client loved it so much he AND his wife will be coming back to get full sleeve tattoos. Horacio did a trippy tattoo on a client that you have to see. I can not eve describe it.
