Winters is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 25 years of experience in the mental health and human services field, including 15 years in senior administrative roles. She has extensive experience in program development and management, strategic planning and executive management. Officer Dany Miralles Miami-Dade Police Department In 2021, Officer Miralles honorably joined the Miami-Dade Police Department as a Police Officer. In May of 2023, Officer Miralles had the privilege of joining the department’s inaugural Crisis Response Unit (CRU), utilizing his experience and training to assist persons in crisis and/or those experiencing mental health issues.
