INGREDIENTS FOR PURIYAAN 1 - COCONUT GRATED AND ROASTED SUGAR - 100 GM ROASTED GRAM -50 GM MAIDA - 200 GM CASHEW NUT, RAISIN POPPY SEED - 2 TABLESPOON ELACHI POWDER 2 PINCHES GHEE 1 TEASPOON OIL FOR FRYING SALT INGREDIENTS FOR FEERNI PORRIDGE: MILK - 320 ML 4 TABLESPOON SEMOLINA 4 TABLESPOON SUGAR 1 TEASPOON GHEE CASHEW NUT, RAISIN Method of preparation : Take a bowl add all-purpose flour salt and teaspoon of ghee. Add little by little water in it mix the dough and keep aside. heat the pan with one teaspoon of ghee add cashews and raisins fry until golden brown. Now add roasted gram and poppy seed fry for few minutes. Then add grated coconut fry well. (Fried cashews,raisins,roasted gram and poppy seed )grind these ingredients coarsely and add to fried coconut , now add sugar elachi powder and mix well . Take the dough and make in to small balls and flatten it like poori add the stuffing press the edges.make the design as you like. Heat the pan with oil and deep fry well until golden brown. That's it the tasty, crispy, sweet puf is ready. Method of preparing porridge : Heat 2 Glass of milk add 3 tablespoon of semolina cook for few minutes then add 4 tablespoon of sugar. Heat the pan with one teaspoon of ghee add cashew and raisin fry and add in to the porridge.
