A 75years man presented with severe abdominal pain and significant bleeding due to aneurysmal dilatation of aorta. In this patient open surgery was very risky for him and best alternate was to perform a less invasive procedure called Fenestrated Endo Vascular Aneurysm Repair (FEVAR). Conditions like this which is not done in many hospitals across India. We have very few hospitals to cater such complex diseases.
