And when it comes to buying a helmet - they get the cheapest one available without understanding the consequence of this action. In this video - we have bought 5 helmets with price tags of approximately Rs 500, Rs 800, Rs 1400, Rs 2000, Rs 4500 and Rs 8000. The objective is simple - to find out how safe the more expensive are when compared to the cheaper ones. The apparatus is simple and similar to the guidelines used by ISI. A 10Kg kettlebell is suspended at a height of 5 and 7 feet. To demonstrate the damage, a watermelon has been placed inside each helmet.
