In this video I show you the ONLY method that works 100% to uninstall Microsoft Edge from Windows 10 and Windows 11. Microsoft Edge browser is the real security risk — If Edge got compromised with trojan or malware writen as addition, there’s basically no sandbox for the browser itself, so malware could touch things like: WebView2 components Widgets / Copilot hooks System search Taskbar integration ⚠️ You MUST follow my tutorial EXACTLY as shown in the video. Do not skip steps. Do not mix methods from other YouTube channels. ⚠️ Important: Once you uninstall Microsoft Edge, you will NOT be able to reinstall it normally. Microsoft has built additional protection layers into Edge, and the same “non-uninstallable” logic also blocks proper reinstallation. As a result, the installer will fail at the final stage. This is another serious red flag to consider when deciding whether to use Edge at all. If a browser can be successfully removed only after bypassing built-in blockers, yet cannot be reinstalled afterward, it shows a lack of transparency and a deceptive design approach in how the software is controlled. Therefore, download and install another browser before starting this process, such as: DuckDuckGo Browser or Brave Browser. Most YouTube tutorials only show the FIRST part of the uninstall process. That first part exists because of European law and was created for European administrators and European users only. If you are located in the United States, that European legal method by itself will NOT fully work but I strategically created tutorial that will cover everything and no matter your geo location under Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS. Microsoft added an additional protection layer for US systems so Edge cannot be removed using only the European law method. Microsoft can detect that your system is US-based and blocks the uninstall through extra mechanisms. That is why my tutorial has TWO REQUIRED phases: Phase 1: Use the European legal uninstall method (the one many other channels show) that does not work on some US Windows 10 or Windows 11 but must be used before phase 2 because it is prevent Edge to be installed again without your permission.
