In this DROPS video we show how to cast on and how to cast off with double yarn. In some of our patterns it is described that one should both cast on and cast off with double threads. We do this to get a nicer ending / a little more weight on the garment / more elastic / slightly loosely cast off, but everything depends on which yarn you work with.
