Song Story: I didn’t intend on writing let alone recording this song, but I can’t get away from it. Wrote it one week as I was sitting at the grand piano at work playing before my songwriting students arrived and I looked up at the beautiful stained glass windows beside me and this song came pouring out. It basically fell in my lap. It is all about heartbreak and hiding. But there's a tension between the pain and the hope that someone will take the time to look in and see the real you.
