This is an American Indian tribe in Capay Valley in Northern California. This is a tribe that was almost close to extinction but now is doing great! I wanted to look at the tribe but they are not in the tourist business - which usually is pretty superficial anyway. And they do keep the cards close to their vest and I don't blame them ;-).
