(code to follow in a few weeks) Info i was emailed (23/01/18) regarding the new changes taking place from February on wards..... WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY MONTHLY CREDITS? No more credits, no more samples, no more edits and no more missing out on products you want. Instead of giving you 60 credits in return for your monthly membership to spend on samples in our shop, you will receive a monthly credit voucher (Only for legacy users) to be redeem towards Phase Zero products. HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAYING FOR MY MEMBERSHIP NOW AND WHAT DO I GET? In return for your monthly membership fee, which will be the same as your current agreement, we will reward your account with a credit voucher of the same value every month. For example, a 3 month membership at £11.95 will receive an £11.95 voucher. This can be redeemed towards Phase Zero products. All new members, in order to gain access to our factory prices will need to pay £5 per month, however as you are a legacy member, we will be giving you access free of charge! This means your money goes even further and towards products you’ll love! WHY DO I NEED TO RE-PROFILE MY ACCOUNT? We are excited to announce that we are launching monthly campaigns giving our most loyal and engaged members the chance to trial products for free in return for feedback.
