Rover's Drinks from Wuthering Waves 3.1 | When Stars Cascade Down

Recreating all drinks from the "Where Stars Cascade Down" event in Wuthering Waves 3.1 In the recent event, we get to create "cocktails" for Lupa and Cartethyia. And we make a latte for Mornye. As soon as I played the mini game, I knew I had to attempt recreating it. This took several weeks of planning and research. I'm still a beginner mixologist when it comes to liquor, but I used to create all sorts of coffee and tea mocktails. This was a big hobby of mine before I started creating Wuthering Waves content. I'm so happy to combine the things I love with this video! Technical Summary: Lupa's "iced tea" recipe in game actually reads out more as a nonalcoholic dirty martini. I went through many iterations to end up with a tea concentrate that simulates the "feeling" of gin, but does not attempt to replicate the taste 1:1. The ingredients each serve a purpose: Earl Grey: Aroma, tannins Rosemary: Herbal backbone MSG: Savoriness Lemon Peel: Bitterness and citrus Cucumber: Vegetal complexity Coriander Seed: Bridges citrus and herbs, peppery finish Olive Oil: Texture and fruity complexity Aquafaba: Emulsification Apple Cider Vinegar: Bite/crisp finish Angostura: Structure and spice complexity Sour Plum: Saltiness, savory depth For Cartethyia's drink, I was inspired by Julia Momosé's spirit-free cocktail "Golden One" from the book "The Way of the Cocktail". The original recipe calls for cold brew Sencha, osmanthus, yuzu, lemon, tonic, and a thyme garnish. I adapted the style and flavor profile of this mocktail and used game-accurate ingredients to create the drink in this video, taking some creative liberties to interpret the fictional ingredient as osmanthus syrup. The floral and apricot-like profile makes this drink very light. I felt like this always tastes like a really sophisticated Arnold Palmer. Mornye's drink, the Frostland (caffe) Latte, is simple enough. I opted to go for a lower ratio to fit my cup, so I ended up with something that tastes closer to a cortado. I did a lot of experimenting to try to make a twisted chocolate/vanilla marshmallow, but I couldn't do this without the marshmallows turning into a mess in my hands.
