Google Plus - https://plus.google.com/+Hyderabadwala Twitter -   / hyderabadwalaa   Instagram -   / hyderabadwalarecipes   Ingredients: Gosht (mutton): ½ g Basmati chawal (basmati rice): ½ g Tel (oil): 4 tablespoons Pyaz (onion): 1 Adrak lehsan ka paste (ginger garlic paste): 1 tablespoon Haldi powder (turmeric powder) : 1 teaspoon Tamatar (tomatoes): 3 Namak (salt): 1 teaspoon + 2 teaspoons Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder): 4 teaspoons Garam masala powder (spices): ½ teaspoon + ½ teaspoon Dahi (curd): 1 ½ cup Sahzeera (caraway seeds) : 1 teaspoon Pudine ke patte (mint leaves): mutthi bhar (a handful) Kata hua hara dhaniya (chopped coriander): mutthi bhar (a handful) Hari mirch sabith (whole green chillies): 5 Procedure: 1. Pressure cooker mein tel daliye. Jab tel garam ho jaaye, is mein kati hui pyaaz daliye. 2. Pyaaz ko badami rang ki hone tak tal lijiye. 3. Adrak lehsan ka paste daliye. Tees second tak bhuniye. 4. Haldi powder aur kate hue tamatar daliye. Achhi tarah se milakar dhakkan dhak dijiye. 5. Paanch minute tak medium aanch par pakaiyye ke tamatar gal jaayen. Itna bhuniye ke tel chhootne lage. 6. 1 teaspoon namak daliye, lal mirch powder daliye (agar aap chahen toh lal mirch kum istemaal kar sakte hain). 7. ½ kg mutton ke medium size pieces daliye. 8. Aadha teaspoon garam masala powder daliye. Paanch minute tak bhuniye 9. Dedh cup pheta hua dahi daliye. Acchi tarah se milakar dhakkan dhak dijiye. 10. Chaar seeti aane tak, pakaiyye. 11. Dhakkan nikal dijiye, paani sookhne tak pakaiyye aur achhi tarah se bhoon lijiye. 12. Jab tel chhootne lage, is mein aadha teaspoon garam masala powder daliye, ek teaspoon shahzeera aur dedh litre (1.5 litre) paani daliye. 13. Pudine ke patte, kata hua hara dhaniya, sabith hari mirchen aur do teaspoon namak daliye. 14. Jab paani mein ubaal aa jaye, is mein dhule hue aur paani nithre hue aadha kilo basmati chawal daliye. 15. Achhi tarah se milakar, dhakkan dhak dijiye. 16. Das minute tak tez aanch par pakaiyye aur bees minute tak dheemi aanch par pakaiyye. 17. Beech mein milana na bhoolein. 3.18. Jab chawal gal jaayen, aanch band kar dijiye. Mutton Tahari tayyar hai. Dahi ke raite ke saath pesh kijiye.
